Return Policy
At AVIA DIAMONDS we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. We will always do our best to assist you with any amendments. Please read our return policy carefully.
Fine Jewellery
Exchanges are eligible to be made within 14 days from the day you receive your item. You must contact info@aviadiamonds.com within the 14 days and return the item to us within 20 days from the day you receive your item, or your exchange will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned unused and unworn in its original condition.
- The item is returned with its original certificate where in some cases, an original certificate (e.g. GIA certificate) will be sent with the item. If the certificate is missing the customer will be charged the price of a new one.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We ask that you return the item via secure shipping option (Brinks, Malka Amit or Fedex).
In order to return an item:
- Contact us to inform us that you will be returning the item at support@aviadiamonds.com
- Arrange the delivery to our Hong Kong office
- Send us the tracking number of the shipment
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Money will be returned in the same way the original payment was made.
AVIA DIAMONDS reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the items appear to be damaged or show signs of wear. AVIA DIAMONDS is not liable for lost shipments.
Made to Order & Custom Order
Unfortunately, we cannot refund made to order pieces and custom orders, as well as items with inscription/engraving. However we will do our best to make alterations in a way to create your ideal jewellery.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@aviadiamonds.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (with the exception of the welcome 5% discount).
