Jewellery shopping is exciting but can overwhelming with so many to choose from. Our team of experts are here to provide you free one-on-one consultations (in person/ via Skype/ phone/ whatsapp) to help you find the perfect piece.
We offer the complimentary option to personalise your Avia Diamonds fine jewellery by engraving it with the inscription of your choice - a message, name or date (up to 22 characters). As our pieces are unique, certain items cannot be engraved due to technical or aesthetic constraints. Simply send us an email when you place an order.
N.B. Personalized jewellery is non-returnable.
Ring sizes displayed on website are in US ring sizes. Please check with our team if you are unsure of your ring size.
As each jewellery is uniquely made, we offer complimentary ring sizing for your purchase of Avia Diamonds jewellery piece, as far as is possible. Please provide us with an accurate ring size and we will amend it accordingly. In some cases if the ring needs to be made several sizes larger, a fee may be applicable for the metal used.
Please note eternity rings cannot be resized, please select your accurate ring size during the order.
Our team will consult with you on your desired size and advise on the best fit. You can then keep or use the remaining diamonds to create a matching piece.
Avia Diamonds gift cards are an excellent way to show your love whilst giving her/him the option to choose (or as a last minute gift).
Include a personalised message on a signature Avia Diamonds card - say something beautiful or leave a message to remember with your gift.
For customers abroad, we are happy to arrange a jewellery viewing at a place closer to you. We request that you place a 10% refundable deposit in order for the diamond to be sent. If you choose to purchase the jewellery after seeing it the deposit will be put towards the purchase price. If you choose not to purchase the jewellery, we will fully refund the deposit upon receiving the jewellery back in our office. The jewellery can be viewed at a Brinks office at your closest proximity. Viewings at a Brinks office will be charged an inspection fee. Viewings in our office or affiliate offices are free.
REPAIRS & CLEANING SERVICE
Fine jewellery should always be treated with care, but in the event of a damage, we are here to help you. Should you require a repair or cleaning service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, and let us know what needs to be repaired. Our team will asses and get in touch with you as soon as possible. Our team will asses the damage and let you know the repair fee should that be needed.
All Avia Diamonds jewellery is guaranteed on defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of 7 days from delivery. Please inspect and let us know immediately after you receive your order. Normal wear and tear, scratches, improper care or damage from misuse will void this warranty.
Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
- Bent, caught or worn out prong(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
- Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
